Mr. T and I went on an adventure to Bình Phước , Việt Nam with one goal: find the best cashew nut. After visiting numerous cashew farms and processing centres the 108°f weather, we have succeeded!

Our jumbo cashews are premium 180 grade, with a milky, creamy flavour profile and sharp crunch.  Smaller cashew nuts that have been roasted in chili and garlic, a staple flavour combination in Southeast Asian cuisine. Currently, we are working on other flavours, all inspired by South and Southeast Asia.

All cashews are processed in ethical and hygienic facilities, primarily by machine.

We look forward to introducing delicious Vietnamese cashew to the world.
