Where are your cashew nuts from?
Our cashews come from Bình Phước, Việt Nam, considered the cashew capital of the country. Bordering Cambodia, the soil and climatic conditions make the area a prime region for cashew harvesting.
How are your cashews processed?
All of our cashews are processed by machine in facilities dedicated solely to cashews. This ensures that our product is not only hygienic, but also ethical in regards to de-shelling and roasting.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed unless your order is designated as a pre-order.
One or more of my products was marked as a pre-order. When will it arrive?
We try to be as clear about the estimated shipment arrival on each pre-order page. If there is any significant change, we will contact you directly about this inconvenience.
Are you able to ship outside of the United States?
Shipping is available on this website solely to US-based customers. For overseas orders, please contact us for a customised invoice.
I live in Southern California. Is there a chance I can pick up my cashew nut order?
We are based in Claremont, California. Pick ups can be made with pre-payment. To remove the shipping fee, please contact us for a customised pick-up invoice.
My cashews arrived with the order partially crushed.
What a pity! Please send a photograph of the package unopened. Once we have confirmed the circumstances, we will gladly send you a new set as compensation.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of these nuts, returns and refunds are not permitted unless the cashews are damaged during transit.
If your cashews are damaged, please contact us for a new bag.
